What's Expected
Complete four Anthropic Academy courses — about 15 hours total, self-paced. Building with the Claude API is the biggest at ~8 hours. We provide open-source study materials with an AI tutor to help you learn.
Represent Quallaa professionally — you carry the name. Be accurate about what Quallaa is and your role in it.
Be open to opportunities — no minimum hours. If you're interested in paid engagements, let us know and you'll be first in line.
Drop into the weekly check-in when you can — Fridays at noon MT. Optional, casual, most associates have full-time jobs. Come when it works for you.
This is not employment. No salary, no equity, no guaranteed hours. You're affiliated with the practice — paid per-engagement at rates agreed before work begins.
