# Quallaa

> Quallaa is an AI agency in Denver, Colorado, run by Jeff Toffoli. It builds the systems behind a business's estimates, paperwork and operations — from what the team already knows, in the business's own accounts, so they're the business's to keep. Projects are scoped one at a time; there is no self-serve product, no subscription and no public pricing.

Your know-how, built into a system you own.

## Who it's for

Owners and operators of working businesses — people who run crews, estimates, jobs, schedules and records, and who keep the important rules in a spreadsheet everyone trusts or in the heads of a few people.

Also organizations whose website, email and member records run on a patchwork of tools — and who want one system they own instead.

One organization per field: Quallaa never takes on a client that competes with one it already has.

Quallaa keeps a small client base on purpose. The aim is the economic wellbeing of each client's business and the people in it.

## How a project works

1. Start with what the business already knows — the spreadsheet the partners trust, the way the team actually does the job, the rules people keep repeating.
2. Build it together, in the client's own accounts — every number and record shows where it came from.
3. The team runs it — plain screens, nobody touches code, and anyone can ask why a number is what it is.

The client owns their system as it runs in their accounts: their data, their records and their history. Quallaa keeps its general-purpose building blocks and reuses them across projects. The work is done in partnership with each client.

## How Quallaa thinks about work

Work is problem-solving, for people and for AI systems alike. There is no shortage of it: the supply of work is the distance between the world as it is and the world as it should be, and that distance is vast.
